He Is It.

#1  He IS it.
#2  He is EVERYTHING.

Isaiah 33

If I think I can't do it - He is my strength.

If I can't save myself (which I NEVER can) - He is my salvation.

If someone wrongs me - He is my justice.

If I do wrong - He is my righteousness.

If I feel like things are falling apart - He is my stability.

If I feel foolish - He is my wisdom.

If I just don't know - He is my knowledge.

If I need to know which way to go - He is my river.

If I feel judged by other, I don't worry because - He is my judge.

If I don't know right from wrong - He is my lawgiver.

HE IS MY KING!

Big, Fat Failure

#1 Don't take this too seriously #2 But, seriously, I am a big, fat failure. Thankfully the Lord planned ahead. Meal Planning - Conquered!

#1 This may not work for you... #2 But it sure is working for me! A Month's Meals Why? -  Because I was failing to get a decent supper on the table for my children.   There was too much fast food, too many grilled cheese sandwiches, and too many evenings when I thought, "Maybe they just won't notice if I don't serve supper, and we can skip right on to the bedtime snack." SAD!  Doubly sad because I actually love to cook. Triply sad because I thought it would be easier with the hubby out of town...I mean, the kids don't care if we eat meat or not, and they don't mind having lasagna three nights in a row!  In reality, it was harder because I lacked motivation, and I REALLY lacked time to actually plan a meal. Recently, IV and I were walking back after spending some good, quality time in the fields watching for deer.  It was getting cold quickly since the sun had set. IV was carrying my gun, because he's nice like that, and I was ready to break into a jog in order to get inside to the warm fire a little quicker.
